Councillor Kelly's Village of Carp and Area Survey and Town Hall Meeting

Councillor Kelly will be hosting a Village of Carp Town Hall on Nov. 4, 2025, from 5:30-8:30 pm at the Carp Agricultural Hall.

"As the City prepares for the introduction of municipal water and imminent growth, I want to better understand your concerns, priorities, and hopes for the future. To assist with this, I'd like to invite you to take our Village of Carp and area Community Survey at this link.

The survey will be your opportunity to have your voice heard and help to guide the Town Hall discussion on November 4th. Throughout October, my team and I are visiting homes throughout Carp to drop off information about both the survey and the upcoming Town Hall.
