The Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority 55th Annual General Meeting was held this afternoon (Feb 22).
"It was a pleasure to attend my first AGM and board meeting as a board member of the MVCA,," said Ward 5 Councillor Clarke Kelly. "Watching a constituent, Phil Sweetnam, and Eli El-Chantiry, the former Councillor of Ward 5 receive awards for their dedicated service over the years made me proud. It was another reminder of the big shoes I have to fill."
